Let f(x) = 3x-1 How can I find f(f(x)) and f(f(f(x)))

what you basically have to do is just plug f(x) into itself.so f(f(x))=3(3x-1)-1 and for f(f(f(x)))=3(3(3x-1)-1)-1 (adding more just makes it more confusing though)you just simplify them after that hope this helps
