Your questionis not clear as typed. Do you mean (m^6)^(-2/3)? If so, apply the rule for a negative exponent. (m^6)^(-2/3) = 1/(m^6)^(2/3)....At this point, multiply 6 times 2/3 to get a new exponent of 4 for m. (m^6)^(-2/3) = 1/(m^4)
