don't worry, it doesn't matter where you are from. believe in yourself, because if do good on the SAT, they automatically will give you scholarships, why wouldn't they?
PSAT is just a practice run before you do the real SAT, you can just practice on your own. I went to school in Montreal( received a GREAT education up there) and took the SAT then. SAT is the same for Canadian as well as any one in the whole world. Just study hard and you will do well. You really do not need the PSAT.
