Sylvanus - Try using the binomial theorem to solve this problem.  The only "constant" term is when (3x) and (1/x) are both raised to the same power resulting in cancellation of the variable x.  For a binomial raised to the 10th power, this cancellation will occur in the 6th term of the binomial expansion,  Check it out!
